"Parse Error" when installing
The APK downloaded incorrectly or is corrupted. Delete the file from Downloads, then re-download from the link we send. If it happens again, switch from mobile data to WiFi before downloading.
"Install Blocked" or won't install
You need to enable Unknown Sources for your browser. Go to Settings → Security → Install Unknown Apps → select Chrome → toggle ON. Then try installing again.
App opens but login fails
Check your username — it is your +92 mobile number without the country code (e.g. 03001234567). If the password is wrong, message us on WhatsApp for a reset. Do not try more than 3 times or the account may lock.
App shows blank / won't load
The app's server domain may be blocked by PTA. Message us for the latest mirror domain — we send it within minutes, no VPN needed. If you prefer a VPN, free options like Proton VPN or Windscribe also work.
