This policy is written to be actually understood, not buried in legal language. We collect your phone number and name to set up your BetPro account. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except BetPro Exchange — which is required to create your account. You can request deletion at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

BetPro ID Pakistan is a verified BetPro Exchange agent service operated by Usman Joyia, based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Our website is betproexchs.com.

We are an authorized agent of BetPro Exchange — we are not BetPro Exchange itself. We help Pakistani users set up BetPro accounts, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp.

We do not collect: passwords (we set your initial password and immediately advise you to change it — we never ask for your current password), CNIC or any government ID, bank account details beyond what is needed for a specific withdrawal, or sensitive personal data such as biometric data, medical information, or location beyond city level.

Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

We collect and process your data on these grounds:

  • Contract performance: Your mobile number, name, and wallet details are necessary to create your BetPro account and process your deposits and withdrawals. Without this data, we cannot provide the service.
  • Legitimate interests: We retain transaction records to resolve disputes, process refunds, and maintain accurate account histories. WhatsApp communication records are kept to provide support continuity.
  • Consent: By sending us your details via WhatsApp to request an account, you are consenting to us using that information to create and manage your BetPro account.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for the following purposes:

  • Creating and activating your BetPro Exchange account
  • Processing deposit and withdrawal transactions on your behalf
  • Providing customer support via WhatsApp — answering questions, fixing login issues, resolving disputes
  • Sending you the current working BetPro URL when the domain changes due to PTA blocking
  • Contacting you about important account changes (new domain, security alerts, service notices)
  • Maintaining records for internal accounting and dispute resolution

We do not use your data for: marketing to you without consent, profiling or selling your data to third parties, credit checks, or any purpose unrelated to your BetPro account and support.

Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data with as few parties as possible:

  • BetPro Exchange platform: We submit your name and mobile number to BetPro Exchange's admin panel to create your account. This is the core of our service. BetPro Exchange operates under Curaçao eGaming licensing and has its own privacy policy.
  • Our internal staff: Up to 15 staff members at BetPro ID Pakistan may access your account information in order to process your support request, deposit, or withdrawal. All staff are bound by confidentiality.
  • Payment processors (for withdrawals): To send your withdrawal, we process transactions through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, or bank transfer. Your mobile wallet number or bank account is shared only with the payment processor needed for your specific transaction.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, government agencies (unless legally compelled), or any other party not listed above.

How Long We Keep Your Data

Your Rights

Regardless of your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right to access: You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to correction: If your data is incorrect (wrong name, changed phone number), you can ask us to correct it.
  • Right to deletion: You can ask us to delete your data. We will comply unless we are legally required to retain it (e.g., transaction records for accounting purposes).
  • Right to restrict processing: You can ask us to stop using your data while a dispute is resolved.
  • Right to object: You can object to us processing your data for specific purposes.
  • Right to withdraw consent: If processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This will not affect previous processing.

Please note: if you request deletion of your account data, we will be unable to continue managing your BetPro account or processing withdrawals on your behalf.

  • WhatsApp end-to-end encryption: All WhatsApp communications are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp's own protocol — we cannot read your messages outside the WhatsApp app.
  • Staff access controls: Not all staff have access to all data. Sensitive data (large transactions, account details) is accessible only to senior staff and the founder.
  • No password storage: We do not store your BetPro account password. We set your initial password and immediately advise you to change it to one only you know.

No system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +92 346 4396175. We will respond within minutes.

Minors (Under 18)

Our service is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. By submitting your details to create an account, you confirm you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to close any account we suspect belongs to a minor.

If we discover that a person under 18 has provided us with personal data, we will immediately delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe a minor has registered with us, please notify us immediately at support@betproexchs.com.

Third-Party Links

Our website contains links to external sites including BetPro Exchange (bpexch.live, betpro.net), WhatsApp (wa.me), and Google Fonts. Once you click a link to an external site, this privacy policy no longer applies. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of BetPro Exchange or any other third party. BetPro Exchange has its own terms of service and privacy policy that govern your account on their platform.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify active clients via WhatsApp.

Continuing to use our service after a policy update means you accept the updated policy. If you disagree with any changes, you may request account closure by messaging us on WhatsApp.
