Acceptance of Terms

By contacting BetPro ID Pakistan via WhatsApp, using this website (betproexchs.com), or requesting any service from us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our service. Continued use of our service after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These terms apply alongside BetPro Exchange's own Terms of Service, which govern your account on the betting platform itself. In cases of conflict between these terms and BetPro Exchange's platform terms, BetPro Exchange's platform terms govern your actual betting activity.

Who We Are

BetPro ID Pakistan is a BetPro account service operated by Usman Joyia, based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. We operate the website betproexchs.com.

We are a BetPro account service — not BetPro Exchange itself. This distinction is important:

  • BetPro Exchange is the betting platform where your account and funds are held.
  • BetPro ID Pakistan is the account service that creates accounts, processes local payments, and provides Pakistani-language customer support on your behalf.
  • We do not own or operate the betting platform. We do not set odds, determine payouts, or control the outcome of any bet.
  • We are not a financial institution, bookmaker, or money lender.

Eligibility

To use our service you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old. By requesting an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to close any account we believe belongs to a person under 18.
  • Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
  • Not self-excluded: You must not have previously requested self-exclusion from our service or from BetPro Exchange. Using another account after self-exclusion is a violation of these terms.
  • Honest information: All information you provide to us — name, mobile number, payment details — must be accurate and belong to you. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud.
  • One account per person: You may hold only one BetPro account through our service. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
Legal position in Pakistan: Online gambling exists in a legal grey area in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 restricts gambling activity within Pakistan but does not specifically address Pakistani citizens accessing offshore-licensed platforms. BetPro Exchange states it is licensed under Curaçao eGaming. Users are personally responsible for understanding and complying with any laws applicable to their situation. Our Services

BetPro ID Pakistan provides the following services to eligible users:

Account Setup

  • Creating a new BetPro Exchange account using your name and Pakistani mobile number.
  • Providing your initial login credentials via WhatsApp.
  • Guiding you through the first login and password change process.
  • Account setup is free of charge — always. We do not charge setup fees, registration fees, or any upfront payment.

Deposit Processing

  • Receiving your deposit via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency.
  • Crediting the equivalent amount to your BetPro account balance.
  • Confirming the deposit via WhatsApp once processed.
  • Deposit processing is free of charge. We do not charge processing fees.

Withdrawal Processing

  • Receiving your withdrawal request via WhatsApp.
  • Debiting the requested amount from your BetPro account balance.
  • Transferring the funds to your specified JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, bank account, or crypto wallet.
  • Withdrawal processing is free of charge. We earn through standard platform commission, not user fees.
  • Typical processing time: 5–15 minutes. The large majority complete within 30 minutes. During high-traffic periods (PSL finals, major match nights), processing may take up to 2 hours.

Customer Support

  • 24/7 WhatsApp support in Urdu, English, and Punjabi.
  • Login assistance, password resets, domain update notifications.
  • Responsible gambling tools: deposit limits, self-exclusion, activity reports.
  • All support is provided free of charge.

Your Account & Responsibilities

Once your BetPro account is created, you are responsible for it. Specifically:

Password Security

  • We set an initial password and share it with you via WhatsApp at account creation. You must change this password immediately to one only you know.
  • You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone — including us. We will never ask for your current password.
  • Any activity on your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Account Accuracy

  • Your account must be registered in your real name. Name mismatches between your BetPro account and your payment method can delay or block withdrawals.
  • Your registered mobile number must belong to you. If your number changes, notify us immediately — you cannot log in with a new number without account migration.
  • You must notify us of any changes to your payment methods before submitting a withdrawal request.

One Account Rule

You may only hold one BetPro account through our service. If we discover multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all secondary accounts will be closed and any balances may be held pending review. Creating a second account after self-exclusion results in permanent banning of all accounts.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawal processing time Typical: 5–15 minutes. The large majority complete within 30 minutes. During peak periods (match finals, high volume) processing may take up to 2 hours. We notify you via WhatsApp if processing is delayed.
Payment methods accepted JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, NayaPay, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, etc.), cryptocurrency.
Name matching Your withdrawal payment method must be in your own name — the same name on your BetPro account. Third-party withdrawals are not processed.
Deposit fees None. We charge no deposit processing fee.
Withdrawal fees None. We charge no withdrawal processing fee.
Failed deposits If a deposit is sent but not credited, contact us immediately with the transaction ID. We investigate and resolve within 24 hours.
Withdrawal disputes If a withdrawal is not received within the stated time, contact us with the withdrawal request details. All transactions are logged and verifiable.
Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
Important: All deposits go to BetPro Exchange's platform balance — not to us directly. We facilitate the transaction but your funds are held on the BetPro Exchange platform. We cannot access or move funds on your behalf without your explicit request and authorization via WhatsApp.

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and — in cases involving fraud — referral to relevant authorities.

Providing false identity information — using someone else's name or mobile number.
Creating multiple accounts — more than one BetPro account through our service per person.
Creating an account after self-exclusion — circumventing a self-exclusion request by registering again.
Using our service if you are under 18 years of age.
Money laundering — depositing funds obtained through illegal activity.
Fraudulent chargebacks — disputing legitimate transactions with your bank or payment provider.
Sharing your account credentials with another person or allowing someone else to use your account.
Using automated bots, scripts, or software to manipulate account activity.
Impersonating BetPro ID Pakistan staff, BetPro Exchange, or Usman Joyia in any communication.
Attempting to scam, defraud, or threaten our staff or other users.
Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward our support team.
Attempting to manipulate odds, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or engage in match-fixing activity on the BetPro Exchange platform.

Responsible Gambling

We take responsible gambling seriously. By using our service you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Gambling involves real financial risk. You may lose money. Never gamble more than you can afford to lose.
  • You are gambling for entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to solve financial problems.
  • We offer deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion — all free and available at any time. See our Responsible Gambling page for details.
  • We reserve the right to impose limits or suspend your account if we believe you are showing signs of problem gambling — even without your explicit request.
  • Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and permanently. We do not reactivate permanently excluded accounts under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetPro ID Pakistan and Usman Joyia are not liable for:

  • Betting losses: We have no involvement in, and no liability for, any bet you place on the BetPro Exchange platform. All losses are solely between you and BetPro Exchange.
  • Platform outages: BetPro Exchange may experience downtime, maintenance, or technical issues outside our control. We are not liable for your inability to access the platform or place bets during such periods.
  • PTA domain blocks: If the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority blocks a BetPro domain, we will provide a working alternative as quickly as possible. We are not liable for any losses or missed bets during the period of blocking.
  • Third-party payment delays: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfers, and other payment methods may experience delays outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • Unauthorized account access: If your account is accessed by someone else due to you sharing your password or negligence in account security, we are not liable for any resulting losses.
  • Indirect or consequential losses: We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of our service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in dispute. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

What we are liable for: We are fully liable for correctly processing deposits you send us, correctly processing withdrawals you request, maintaining the confidentiality of your data, and providing the support services we describe. If we make an error in any of these, we will correct it and you will not bear the loss.

Intellectual Property

All content on betproexchs.com — including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of BetPro ID Pakistan (operated by Usman Joyia) unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

The BetPro Exchange brand, logo, and platform are the property of BetPro Exchange. We reference them only to describe the account service we provide, and we make no claim of ownership over BetPro Exchange's intellectual property.

Termination

You may close your account at any time

Message us on WhatsApp at any time to request account closure. We will process any remaining balance and block your account. There are no fees or penalties for closing your account.

We may suspend or close accounts

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account if:

  • You violate any of the Prohibited Activities listed in Section 7.
  • We have reason to believe your account is being used fraudulently or for money laundering.
  • You provide false identity information.
  • You are found to be under 18 years of age.
  • BetPro Exchange instructs us to close your account under their own platform terms.
  • Your account has been inactive for more than 24 months with no contact.

On account closure for any reason, we will process and return any outstanding balance to your registered payment method, unless the balance is subject to a fraud or dispute investigation.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to active users via WhatsApp.

Continuing to use our service after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these terms or our service will first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If you have a complaint, contact us on WhatsApp or email — we aim to resolve all disputes within 72 hours.

For disputes that cannot be resolved directly, the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Note: BetPro Exchange platform disputes (bet settlements, platform account issues) are governed by BetPro Exchange's own terms and their Curaçao eGaming licensing jurisdiction — not by these terms.
